House Rules
Suites are designed for double occupancy only – 2 person max
No smoking of any kind
Absolutely no parties or events
Quiet hours are from 10 pm until 8 am
Please be courteous of other guests
Not safe or suitable for children (0-12 years)
Check-in is any time after 3pm
Check-out is by 11am
Pets are considered. If you would like to bring a pet, please let us know about your pet in advance. An additional Pet Fee of $50 will be charged to your payment method on file. Pet bowls will be provided along with a sofa blanket. We do provide a pet waste station in the backyard. Please have your pet use the backyard for all their "business" - please do not use the front yard.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made five days prior to check-in date in order to receive a full refund less a 5% service fee to cover credit card processing costs.
The living room and bedroom are equipped with 60" Samsung Smart TV’s that offer a variety of programming. Feel free to use your Netflix account or other streaming services to customize your own entertainment experience.
Make-up remover towelettes and a make up washcloth are provided. Please refrain from using white washcloths for removing make up.
For our extended stay guests - please use the provided squeegee to keep our shower doors looking their best.
No parking on the property itself. Free overnight parking is available just outside the front door in the municipal parking lot.
Must climb stairs – there are a few sets of stairs to access the property – ten steps in total, and an additional 14 steps if you have accommodations on the second floor of the house.
A lot of thought and attention went into creating this space. Please treat our property with care and respect. Do not damage or move any of the furnishings or items from your space.
